Article six: Anatomy of a business organization-English version

The more we go deeper in the world of medicine and the human soul, the amazing identity between the living body and the business organization, especially a production-oriented organization, is revealed to us.

The anatomy of the human body is like that of the business organization. Each of the systems or organs in our bodies has a corresponding organizational component,  responsible for doing a particular activity which is essential for the unit functioning as a whole.

A little deeper, we'll discover an even more interesting picture. On the side of the body's systems, even to the soul, the character and spirit of the person has names and faces in the business organization, those who determine his identity, his manner of conduct and progress, and of course to differentiate him in the business world.

Like him, in a precise manner, the living of the Organization is conducted in a routine, falls down, gets up, grows up with the years and need to become refreshed from time to time (new products, related businesses etc.), handled by the best doctors and psychologists (engineers and consultants) and always aspire to "be healthy and happy" (profit and Satisfaction).

A little sad but the life cycle of the two is final… Although that good health (internal systems), sports (power and flexibility), little worries and threats on the outside (competition, authorities and so on), and especially challenges (changes of any kind in the organization) help the longevity and in a "clear head".

Their life or death is determined by reading the vital indicators (pulse and blood pressure). For one by a medical device, for the other by data and execution reports (profit and loss, orders horizon, late lead time). Same for the other systems, as far as they may be necessary or critical.

In most cases, their internal systems work as planned, certainly when they are at the beginning of the road. The outside threats are few, they are still young and beautiful. Sometimes, a particular system became damaged as a result of wrong action (external or internal), or heredity and require corrective activity, otherwise the entire body crashes. Sometimes the lack of air (sales), sometimes circulatory disorders (flow of money). Sometimes the blood pressure is high (high volume of waiting orders), sometimes reversed (low production abilities). Sometimes the nervous system disturbed (operational) and sometimes brain problems (management team).

Sometimes the soul is a bit off (the CEO), sometimes lacking character and/or DNA (the Board of Directors).

It is recommended to develop a heart-lung endurance (money inventory), and a muscle (manpower and machinery), to an extreme effort Fast (aerobic) or continuous (anaerobic). After all, the business world is now fast and frenetic and flexibility is the name of the game.

Sometimes it is necessary to slow down to gain powers, otherwise systems may be collapse, God forbid, and also to be prepare for the next coming effort.

It is important to see a family doctor once in a while and an expert doctor when the problem is substantive and a special solution required. And if there's a problem that doesn't "appears on the screen", one should probably consult a psychologist.

It's bit pretentious to review in such a short medical-organizational article, all the parallels in details, all the diseases or the analysis methods and how to treat them but rather to say as follows:

A. The living body and especially human's one is identical to a business organization. Becuase of that each system must accomplishe its exsact mission proffessionaly and  full synchronization with the others.

B. Both must be vigilant and test themselves periodically. It's easy to do… The devices are simple and usually available. They should be identified (sometimes formatted a bit) and deciphered correctly.

C. Do not be bothered, ups and downs are the way of life, but it is necessary to have attention and especially quick and correct detection and treatment capabilities. Each system in the organization has a set of "appliances" that are used to identify the problem and perform analysis, and this is not very complex, the treatment sometimes does. One way or another, disregarding is painful, sometimes terminal.

D. Body health is not enough. Real success requires also a healthy soul as well as high-quality DNA.

E. A healthy and growing body requires the transparency of both, intention and information, as well as full synchronization of its parts.

F. The world of business, as being said, is fast and frenetic. It is necessary to develop high physical fitness and flexibility in order to cope with the situations that it provides to the organization. To do this, challenged "organs" in the organization need to be identified and strengthened.
